The Parflange 1050 WorkCentre combines proven Parker Parflange technology with its practical WorkCentre concept.
Ergonomically designed to facilitate optimum workflow and with a flanging head compact enough for small and complex tube bend forming, the robust WorkCentre provides superior sealing performance in a wide range of sizes in both metric and imperial tubing.
To improve productivity and reduce time wastage still further, the WorkStation incorporates integrated tool compartments, designated space for storage bins to allow easy access to nuts, sleeves and other parts and automated tool lubrication from an easily refillable external reservoir, to ensure production is not interrupted.

The tooling area is illuminated to allow the machine to be situated in poorly lit or light obstructed areas, and a side drawer collects debris and dropped components for easy retrieval and prevents the machine becoming contaminated.
In contrast to traditional flaring methods where a tool is simply pressed directly into the tube end, the Parflange 1050 uses a patented orbital action on the tube, forming the material with a smooth surface finish.
With ORFS tube assemblies, Parflange 1050 eliminates the need for welding or brazing of the sleeve onto the tube end.
As a result, tubes can be produced with high-strength flared connections with more flexibility and in far less time.
In addition there is no need to electroplate or paint the tube which has to be done with brazing, since pre-plated tube can be used.
This allows manufacturers to produce greater numbers and greater variety of high quality tube assemblies while at the same time reducing costs.
At the end of each cycle, the tube sleeve is fixed onto the end of the tube by the Parflange 1050 process, guaranteeing a rigid vibration and pressure resistant connection.
A 'Plus' version is available with an integral sleeve feeder for rapid mass production of O-Lok style tubes, to further improve output quantities.
The Parflange 1050 WorkCentre is delivered as a complete unit, including electrical plugs, operator manual, dimensional charts for tube preparation and instructions for machine housing for quick and simple installation.
It is compatible with all existing Parflange tools and can therefore easily replace or supplement existing 1040 Parflange machines with a minimum of disruption and downtime. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin ...
