Parker manifolds are preferred by Yokogawa

Parker Instrumentation has won the status of Preferred Supplier for instrumentation manifolds from the process transmitter leader, Yokogawa Europe

The agreement signed between Parker Instrumentation and Yokogawa Europe covers the supply of a range of two, three and five-valve manifold blocks, components that allow fluid instrumentation to be interfaced to process tubing and piping with flow path arrangements to suit all standard process requirements.

The agreement means that Parker Instrumentation manifolds are now listed as part of the Yokogawa Europe SAP quoting and supply system, and ensures that Yokogawa can deliver best-in-class instrument solutions to its customers rapidly and cost effectively.

Efficiency of supply will be enhanced by stock, complementing the Yokogawa significant DPharp pressure transmitter stockholding at its European Logistics Centre in the Netherlands.

Yokogawa is also able to call on the substantial stockholdings of the Parker Instrumentation logistics centres and distribution outlets throughout the European and African territories covered by the agreement.

Parker Instrumentation won preferred status on the basis of its design and manufacturing quality standards, and the strength of its manufacturing and supply chain - all attributes of which Yokogawa has had practical knowledge and experience, on a number of projects.
