The Priority One Conveyor Test Loop handles full and empty, round and non-round, stable and unstable containers made of plastic, metal, glass and composite materials at speeds from 100 to more than 1000 containers per minute.
With a combination of table top and mat top conveyors as well as tab corners, magnetic corners and dynamic transfer corners, the Conveyor Test Loop provides valuable real-world information about container behaviour, which helps increase the total efficiency of each Priority One container handling system installed.
The Conveyor Test Loop includes a pressureless single filer, which can simulate small footprint single filers that handle 100 containers per minute and larger single filers that accommodate more than 1000 containers per minute.

The system also includes in-line and traditional parallel transfer units, a flow through accumulation table, a deceleration table and a bi-directional accumulation table.
The bi-directional table can be set-up to simulate a depalletiser right angle dynamic transfer - dead plate free - for testing the behaviour of unstable containers during depalletizing.
With thorough testing prior to design and installation, Priority One assures customers that their customised container handling systems will operate efficiently, minimising jams, bottlenecks, product damage and production line noise levels.
Priority One designs and manufactures a wide assortment of conveying equipment that is engineered to provide efficient and economical material handling for a broad range of applications.
Components are fabricated from 11-gauge stainless steel and are pre-assembled and tested prior to being shipped.
Systems are match-marked for quick and easy assembly and installation.
All conveyor systems are fabricated in-house on state-of-the-art equipment.
Conveyors are cut by laser to provide precision construction, which helps keep containers upright during high-speed handling.
The conveyor expertise of Priority One extends beyond transportation conveyors.
The company engineers and builds mat top conveyor systems, table top conveyor systems, pressured and pressureless single filing systems, bi-directional tables, case conveyors, vacuum hold down conveyors, laners, pallet conveyors, can tracks, magnetic elevators, side grip elevators and rinsers.
Priority One can design and develop a variety of devices that will seamlessly integrate into the conveyor system, allowing for system expansion as future needs change.
In addition to container handling systems, Priority One designs conveying systems to transport cases and pallets through individual lines and entire plants.
