Compact controllers for reliable pump
control
The PE Duplex 3Z electronic control panel for two pumps is the latest addition to a range of simple, competitively priced controllers introduced by liquids handling specialists Pump Engineering
This compact controller is suitable for well pumps, pressure booster sets, irrigation pumps, sewage sump pumps and oil transfer pumps The controllers enable automatic pump rotation and include a main isolator switch, input fuses, pump control PCB, electronic over-current protection for the pump motors and a low voltage transformer for supplying the pressure switch or float switches
Other features include, inputs for up to four float or pressure switches with anti-contact bounce control circuits, auto-changeover at each pump start which spreads the load across the two pumps, bright LEDs to display system functions, low or high water level alarm (pump-up or pump-down), motor protection fuses, contacts for an alarm beacon or sounder, and a main switch with door interlock.
The controller measures 340mm L x 240mm W x 170mm D and weighs 4.5Kg and is rated to IP55.
