Pursuit Dynamics, the developer of the PDX innovative fluid processing technology, has compiled a recipe book which will be given to companies that have licensed its PDX Sonic processing system.
Developed by the Pursuit team of food processing specialists, the recipe book is designed to show food manufacturers the ease with which current recipes can be followed and new recipes can be created and developed using PDX.
Users can also access an on-line version of the recipe book on the Pursuit website.
To coincide with the launch of the recipe book, Pursuit has also established a new recipe hotlink: PDX Sonic users can use this email-based service to contact the Pursuit Supersonic Chefs directly with queries on aspects of recipe use and development, or on the PDX technology itself.
Pursuit aims to answer all emails with a personal response within 24 hours of receipt.
Kester Scrope, Commercial Director at Pursuit Dynamics commented: "The launch of the recipe book and hotlink is a significant addition to our customer service offering.
We are committed to helping companies optimise their processes and by using the PDX technology recipe developers are able to match the taste, texture and flavour of their food, with massively reduced processing times.
Crucially, the 'Development Tips' section of this book will show our customers how, with simple adjustments, they can meet all their recipe requirements and how to develop new and exciting recipes and flavours that just aren't possible with existing technologies".
The recipes in the book are straightforward and uncomplicated and can be easily adjusted to a food manufacturer's own individual identity.
The book is divided up into five clear sections: dressings; rice and pasta; sauces and dips; ethnic foods; and soups sweet sauces and desserts.
Each dish can then be scaled up enabling users to make quick modifications to fit the size and quantity of each batch.
