Pursuit Dynamics, the developer and licensor of the innovative and patented PDX Sonic technology, has acquired the business of BPT Skerman - one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of processing plant, equipment and integrated systems With the acquisition, Pursuit Dynamics will significantly increase its process design, manufacturing, installation and distribution capability - initially for products targeted at the food and beverage industries

The existing Pursuit Dynamics UK, European and North American distributor network system will be unaffected by the transaction.
The PDX technology has rapidly become a global phenomenon in the processing of liquid prepared foods, providing customers with exceptional benefits and rates of return (eg 50% reduction in energy costs, reduction in processing times of up to 15 times and enhanced product quality).
Successful distributors and agents have already achieved PDX Sonic sales in mainland Europe, North America and South America.
