For the second time in 3 years, Pursuit Dynamics have been selected as finalists for the Technical Development category of the Food Processing Awards 2007

For the second time in 3 years, Pursuit Dynamics have been selected as finalists for the Technical Development category of the Food Processing Awards 2007 Launched in May at the European Brewing Congress, the PDX Wort Heater is revolutionising the brewing industry, enabling brewers to save up to 50% on energy consumption, at the point of use, for the intensive wort boiling process

Not only does the PDX technology give brewers new solutions in energy efficiency within their brew houses it also reduces chemical usage, maintenance time and costs due to the unique clear bore design of the system, giving brewers significant bottom line cost savings for their businesses.

In 2005 Pursuit Dynamics won the coveted Technology Award for its PDX Sonic system.

Through its unique design the PDX Sonic has transformed sauce production in the food industry and has become the fastest sauce production system worldwide.
