QISoft has appointed Dixie Elsasser to the position of Programmer within the Software Development Team based at the Savannah office in the USA Prior to joining QISoft, Dixie was IT Manager at Operational Support and Services Inc whom she joined after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Troy State University with a BSc in Computer Science
