Hand-held spray detects acid spills and leaks
A translucent yellow spray that turns purple immediately upon contact with even small drops of acid (pH <2.6), has been added to the range of OnGuard acid detection products from Allison Engineering
The Microflow system, including precision regulator and filter mechanism, is completely contained within the column instrument and uses microprocessor-based electronics to allow auto calibration, menu driven tolerance controls and RS232 output.
Special configurations of the Microflow system for linear applications, for example the measurement of tapered components, the thickness of coated strip and cigarette diameter, as well as multi-dimensional features on gauging fixtures, are also available.
For situations where a common component is being manufactured with a variety of hole sizes the Microflow multi-channel model allows the operator to select the appropriate measuring channel, which is set up to correspond to the hole size of the component being measured.
Brauer Measuretek also provides economical gauging fixtures to enable the user to easily locate the component for the flow measurement of miniature holes.
