RAE Systems UK, supplier of portable chemical and radiation detection monitors, is pleased to announce it now has a full range of portable gas detection monitors to cover all applications From the highly cost effective colorimetric gas detection tubes through to the top of the range EnteRAE confined space entry monitor, RAE Systems equipment has been designed to provide a fast, accurate response at very competitive prices

The colorimetric gas detection tube system from RAE is a simple low cost way to instantaneously measure low concentrations of many toxic gases.

The tubes are available on next day delivery and, claims RAE, at a fraction of the cost of competitive products.

ToxiRAE II is a fully featured personal gas monitor which sells at virtually the same price as a disposable detector, but without the drawbacks.

Small enough to be clipped on to a hardhat, pocket or belt, the ToxiRAE II provides continuous monitoring displayed digitally in STEL, TWA and Peak values.

Sensors available for ToxiRAE II include H2S, CO, 02, NH3, CI2, CIO2, HCN, NO, NO2, PH3 and SO2.

An advanced and compact four gas confined space detector, QRAE Plus features an easy to change battery pack which provides up to 20 hours continuous operation and a rugged, water resistant case for use in harsh environments, such as power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, coal mines, sewers, tunnels, etc.

The QRAE Plus has a simple one button operation and require minimal training.

It comes with four plug in 'smart' sensors - flammable gas, Oxygen, Hydrogen Sulphide and Carbon Monoxide - with further optional toxic sensors readily available from RAE.

The top of the range - and new - EntryRAE is a five gas confined space monitor with the added protection of photo ionisation detection (PID) to detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

VOCs are typically found in fuels, oils, industrial cleaners, solvents, paints, plastics etc, and are toxic at levels far below 10% LEL; a standard four gas monitor provides insufficient protection against these.

EntryRAE provides the user with the ultimate protection against the standard four gases and the danger from toxic volatile organic compounds, yet remains very easy to operate and calibrate.

With such a comprehensive range of cost-effective, portable gas detection monitors, RAE Systems equipment can be used in an extremely wide range of applications, from industrial to agricultural.
