New base in Europe for RAE Systems
RAE Systems, a provider of rapidly deployable sensor networks for toxic gas detection, announces the opening of a new larger facility to manage its European operations
RAE Systems is a leading global provider of rapidly deployable sensor networks that enable customers to identify safety and security threats in real time "The new facility located at Kirstinehoj in Copenhagen will be our European gateway to Scandinavia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand in order to serve the industrial safety, petrochemical and public safety markets," said Chris Hameister, vice president, Europe, Middle East, and Asian operations

Services provided in the new facility will include product management, product design, sales administration, customer training, after sales service, contract maintenance, distribution and shipping.
All wireless and handheld toxic gas detection products sold into the European market meet the ATEX intrinsic safety certification.
