REACH, the new chemicals policy proposed by the EU Commission will become reality in 2007 Whilst much discussion has focussed on the costs to and impact on the chemicals industry, the Regulation, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals will also place a burden on companies which import and use chemicals to assess the risks arising from their use
