Raytek now provides an even more powerful and easy-to-use inspection solution designed specifically for predictive and preventative maintenance, which includes the ThermoView Ti30 thermal imaging camera, the InsideIR software and two days of professional thermal imaging training from Snell Infrared.
In addition to the enhanced Ti30 thermal imager, which offers a broader temperature measurement range of -10 to 250deg C, the InsideIR software, now available as Version 2.0, is an even more useful and effective tool for predictive maintenance.
The updated software enables up to 100 thermal images to be collected during an inspection route and downloaded to a PC.

The images, complete with temperature data, can be archived and exported as a zipped file for sending by e-mail to other ThermoView Ti30 users.
Recipients can import the file into their InsideIR software and make any desired image adjustments, including emissivity and reflected temperature value.
They can also change viewing preferences such as palette and temperature level and span settings.
InsideIR Version 2.0 further provides the ability to click on an image and see point temperatures; users can now overlay a temperature grid onto the entire image to display average temperatures for each segment, or view the minimum, maximum and average temperatures of an individually selected area.
According to Raytek's thermography business unit director, Lisa Brown, the ThermoView Ti30 is a complete solution for the maintenance professional interested in supporting an infrared predictive maintenance programme.
"The Ti30 solution includes our advanced thermal imaging camera; all necessary accessories; storage, analysis and reporting software; and two days of professional thermography training available for a fully radiometric imager," said Ms Brown.
"Furthermore, the Ti30 is the only infrared imaging camera to support thermography inspection routing, which is key to an effective predictive and preventative maintenance strategy".
With the enhanced ThermoView Ti30 high performance thermal imager, predictive maintenance has never been easier.
Ti30 owners can take images from previous inspections, complete with location names and temperature data, and upload them to the system for use as a 'routing guide'.
This is perfect for periodic checks of critical equipment and when repairs must be verified.
New images can easily be compared to previous scans of the same equipment using InsideIR software.
No other thermal imaging camera offers this invaluable feature in the same price category.
Users are prompted by the display as to the exact location to perform inspections.
In order to take images, the user only needs to point, focus and shoot.
All analysis can be completed in the comfort, safety and quiet of an office.
The ThermoView Ti30 is available from Raytek representatives worldwide.
For the price of USD9,950 MSRP, the ThermoView Ti30 provides a total thermal imaging solution for preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
