In January 2006, JSC Tatneft is going to announce terms of the tender for building a complex of refineries and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk Tatneft and the Zenith Bank have already coped with the problem of raising funds for the construction, Rafinat Yarullin, Director General of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding, said
Foster Wheeler France, an engineering company that is the building project management consultant, should present a corresponding feasibility study by January.
Decision on a winner is to be made in 2-3 months after the tender announcement.
The construction works are scheduled to commence in spring 2006.
