Are were talking ourselves into a
recession?
That is the intriguing question posed in the February/ March issue of Read-out, Ireland's journal of instrumentation, control and automation
Eoin O'Riain, the editor, contends that the activity in the automation sector in Ireland points to a vibrant rather than a depressed market He quotes the MD of international consultants Frost and Sullivan, "With phrases such as 'darkening outlook,' 'market freeze' and 'economic meltdown' dominating the financial headlines, companies are electing to implement a cautious approach"
