Like all Ross machines, the S60 has the option of using printed lidding films, should this be required.
Reiser (UK) managing director, Ken Mossford comments: "People who are already using the machine are convinced that it is the most flexible machine to date".
Also to be exhibited will be the Supervac GK202 automatic vacuum packaging machine, which will be making its PPMA premier.
The GK202, has high pressure bi-active sealing to ensure that reliable seal are achieved every time.
The machine offers high capacity performance for a wide range of durable and non-durable items.
Typical applications include meat, poultry, cheese, vegetables and numerous non-food uses.
Standard features comprise a patented expansion cushion, which increases output and efficiency and touch screen controls.
Optional features including trim removal systems, shrink bag equipment, water-cooled seal bars and cut-off perforation knives.
The latest Vemag 500 is also to be shown which is designed for use in almost any food application including depositing, filling, dividing, sheeting, forming extruding and portioning.
Not only is it a multi purpose machine, it is also space-saving, allowing one Vemag to take the place of several other items of equipment.
Manufactured in Germany, the machine will be exhibited with a 'Water Wheel' attachment, which is designed for the accurate multi-lane depositing of ingredients onto baking trays, oven bands and make-up lines.
Robust construction and reliability has already endeared the Vemag 500 to thousands of sausage and pie makers throughout the UK.
Milton-Keynes based Reiser will also be exhibiting an entry level Holac Dicer, the HO21 - a small semi-automatic unit suitable for use with all kinds of fresh or cooked meat, poultry, fruit and vegetables, cheese and fish.
This compact machine is particularly suited to butchers and small food processors.
The high quality stainless steel construction ensures that it is durable adding to its economy and making it ideal for small businesses.
Summarising, Mr Mossford says: "Reiser is already renowned for its excellent range of high quality machines and UK after sales service.
So, we will be using the PPMA to highlight what can do to assist those attending the show".
