Quick work from Riggs Autopack, who assembled and installed the entire production line within eight weeks, enabled B+DFL to successfully fulfil the expectations from a major supermarket multiple, as well as being able to achieve higher speeds and improved machine control Riggs Autopack supplied B+DFL with a versatile Model 1000 fully automatic single head filling machine, to fill glass and plastic jars and bottles with up to four tonnes of product per day whilst coping with various viscosities and particulate sizes

The customer is particularly impressed with the rapid changeover time, the machine's ability to handle large particulates, ease of cleaning and simplicity in use.

Within the Riggs Autopack range of depositors are simple, stand-alone or table-top models to fully automated, PLC controlled multi-head conveyorised filling lines and these are complemented by a full series of depositing nozzles and decorating heads for cream or fillings.
The nozzles give drip-free cut-off and Riggs Autopack has both the experience and the expertise to ensure that it meets all the individual requirements of its customers.
