New, low-cost, side channel blower range
Rietschle Thomas will introduce the Ruey Chaang side channel blower range into its UK product portfolio, following the acquisition of the assets of Ruey Chaang Electric Company by Thomas Industries
Rietschle Thomas will incorporate the Ruey Chaang side channel blower range into its UK product portfolio, following the acquisition of certain assets of Ruey Chaang Electric Company by Thomas Industries Based in Taipei, Taiwan, the Ruey Chaang side channel blower business had 34 employees and sales of approximately $9,000,000 in 2004
"This acquisition provides us with the capability to produce a high quality, low-cost side channel blower," said Timothy C.
Brown, chairman, president and CEO of Thomas Industries; "It will enhance our Asian presence, and open up further opportunities for growth through the Rietschle Thomas global distribution network," he added.
The Ruey Chaang side channel blower business will be merged with the Rietschle Thomas Taiwan operation.
