The new warranty provides a five-year conditional guarantee on all Infinity HD parts, including the heat exchanger, and a one-year labour guarantee.

Due to its advanced capabilities, the Infinity HD should be specified from the Rinnai Infinity range for all commercial and industrial applications where: a constant flow of hot water at temperatures exceeding 65C is required; where units are manifolded together, coupled with a buffer vessel or a building flow and return system The compact Infinity HD is ideal for constant use where a consistent, endless supply of hot water at temperatures up to 85C is required.
Factories or industrial applications, hotel sport and leisure facilities, caravan parks, commercial kitchens, marinas and schools can all benefit from their space-saving design which eradicates the need for bulky storage.
The highly efficient, point of use Infinity HD supplies constant hot water at near mains pressure, producing flow rates of up to 32 litres/min raised 25C, boasting unlimited capacity when networked to other units to cope with higher demand.
The range of natural gas and LPG industrial water heaters includes the HD50i for internal use, and the HD70e for external mounting.
In response to two key concerns for the industrial market, operating costs and energy consumption, Rinnai HD units do not have a standing pilot light, and do not have a tank holding hot water 24 hours per day.
Units utilise electronic ignition and only operate when there is a demand for hot water.
Additionally, they offer an everlasting flow of hot water, which will not run out as tanks can.
