Comprehensive treatment is available on standard, stainless steel as well as NEMA 4X units.

All outdoor sheet metal is coated according to RIQSWIN.013 (standard coating for chemical environmental conditions).

Internal components in contact with contaminated air are completely coated in 2K-PUR-coating.

Refrigerant pipe surfaces and soldering joints are coated in sequence and evaporator and condenser coils including bent tubes, are dip coated in 2K-PUR.

The coating performs up to 100C and adheres well on the surfaces of copper, steel, aluminium, zinc and chromate as well as being resistant to yellowing and weathering.

Treatment also provides protection against diesel, oils, emulsions, ammonia vapours, hydrogen sulphide, vapours of sulphuric acid, dilutions pH 10 - ph4 and ethanol, isobutene and benzene. Request a free brochure from Rittal ...
