'Hygienic Design' enclosure range

Rittal have introduced a new range of enclosures specifically designed to facilitate the constant battle against deposits accumulating on enclosure surfaces, crevices and recesses

The 'Hygienic Design' (HD) enclosure range helps to eliminate any potential contaminants, which could negatively impact on customer production Reaching the high standards of IP66 the hygienic enclosures incorporate a 30degree sloped overhanging roof, with a larger gap to the top of the door which allows for easy cleaning and prevents deposits from reaching the door seal

To protect against process and cleaning liquids the new HD range has internal door hinges and a flat gap silicon door seal.

Tubular mounting brackets with a smooth finish minimise entrapment and open frame plinths with a clearance height of 300mm, designed from tubular polished stainless steel, allow easy cleaning access.

Adjustable levelling feet with internal seal threads, make entrapment areas obsolete.

Accessories include stainless steel cable glands, which are designed to stop any particles from attaching within the glands or connections. Request a free brochure from Rittal ...
