Economical multi-basket process filters save space
Filter housings from Rosedale are now available in seven sizes holding from 2 to17 industry standard filter bags or strainer baskets, providing compact filtration units for flows up to 13250 l/min
Low volume bag filters and strainers
Filters manufactured by Rosedale are the smallest able to meet the diverse requirements of industrial manufacturing processes across filtration level, chemical compatibility, temperature and pressure
Units can be used either as bag filters or as basket strainers without modification and are supplied in two lengths to carry size 1 or size 2 industry standard filter bags allowing up to 1660 l/min flow rates.
Inlet and outlet ports for 2, 3, 4 or 6inch diameter pipe sizes are fitted with 150psi or 300psi rated ANSI flanges.
Housings are available in carbon steel or stainless steel and each housing is clamped in a tripod support which allows some adjustment in elevation when connecting to system pipework.
When used as filters, the housings carry stainless steel baskets designed to hold disposable or cleanable industry standard fabric bags.
Rosedale filter bags come in a very wide range of materials, which together with several cover seal materials, cater for most operational conditions.
Filtration levels are from 800 micron with absolute ratings down to one micron if required.
Rosedale bag sized pleated cartridges will further increase dirt holding capacity.
When used as strainers, the housings carry stainless steel baskets perforated from 1.6 mm to 6.35 mm diameter with three intermediate sizes.
The baskets can be lined with stainless steel mesh sizes from 20 to 200 for finer cleanliness levels.
Increased service intervals via dual stage filtering can be achieved by fitting coarser media within the main media to provide a pre-filtering function.
No tools are required when cleaning or replacing the element; each housing cover is retained by three eyebolts which when loosened, swing down to allow the covers to be lifted off.
