New compact alarm annunciator from RTK
Traditional dedicated annunciators are the best method of informing operators that a process has gone beyond set limits: so RTK are expanding their range of Safe and Hazardous Area Alarm Annunciators

This unit is a smaller version of our field proven Series 625 Annunciator and targeted specifically at the latest Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution applications where safety, reliability, space and cost are key considerations.
The compact design is packed with a host of new features to allow the user to adapt the unit to suit individual needs.
The displays are "maintenance free" super bright LEDs and, to allow the user to customise alarm windows on-site, all units are supplied with a free template to make custom film legends which simply slide into the front display.
To provide further cost and space saving the RTK designers have managed to fit a dual-redundant PSU inside the compact housing allowing the unit to be driven from an auxiliary mains supply and, if this fails, a DC battery supply.
Full monitoring of these two supplies is provided with dedicated alarm windows and watchdog relays.
The UC625 is based on the company's unique ASIC design, which is a distributed intelligence system.
This gives total flexibility for the user to program as required, the best reliability and at a cost lower than many basic, fixed systems.
Additional features include selectable alarm sequences, adjustable response time, individual channel repeat relays, dual programmable audibles and common alarm relays.
The use of "maintenance free" super bright red LEDs, distributed intelligence and 100 percent built-in redundant power supplies ensures max reliability in this safety related product.
