The SABIC Chinese website is part of the company's broader China growth strategy.

This move follows the introduction of a quarterly Chinese newsletter, corporate and product brochures in the last two years.

General Manager for SABIC Asia Pacific, Mr Al-Benyan, said: "China is one of the most important countries in terms of SABIC sales.

Strengthening the SABIC presence in China is crucial given the importance of the Chinese market for SABIC.

We are constantly looking for ways to better serve our Chinese customers and business partners, and establish stronger ties".

The website will feature China specific information apart from product information translations from the existing English website.

Its layout and navigation structure is also similar to that of the English website to help customers familiar with the English website to find information on the new Chinese website.

Visitors to the website can also send in feedback and enquiries via online forms.
