Approval to the internationally recognised ISO standard was obtained at the first attempt.
The application followed a period of internal review throughout the company to ensure the best possible processes were in place in order to support continuous improvement, quality and customer satisfaction.
During the review period 'Key Processes' were identified.
It is the control of these processes which is crucial to consistency in the quality of products and services and gives the foundation for a sound Quality Management System.
ISO9001:2000 is the latest step in a series of successful strategies that has seen Safelab become one of the UK's leading manufacturers of fume cupboards, laboratory furniture and extraction systems.
All products are supported by Safelab technical services department who have the ability to service and maintain Safelab built units together with other makes of laboratory clean air cabinets.
