The company produces over 95% of all components in-house at its Irish facility.

Our service to our customers operates 24 hrs a day 365 days a year, consequently when we looked for a mould machine we needed a similar commitment and Sandretto have certainly provided us with this over the years.' The injection moulding department in Dairymaster manufactures over 500 parts from 30 different rubbers and plastics.
Toolmaking is also completed in-house and tolerances on some moulds are as low as 0.01mm.
The addition of the new Sandretto Nove S 395 machine will increase production capacity at the Dairymaster plant.
With the recent instalment of the first ever 30-point Dairymaster Swiftflo Revolver in Japan, with the announcement of a new distributor in Korea and with parlour orders coming in from all over the world Ned Harty stresses that mould machines have to be reliable.
'You can't afford a breakdown when you manufacture to order like we do.
The machines performance and the Sandretto back up service from Rugby have certainly proved their worth to us.'.
