Easing the handling of plastics materials
Manual loading of polymeric material into a machine hopper manually is now clearly recognised as not advisable due to the risk of injury to the person charged with this task: Sandretto has the answer
The injection unit is the heart of the machine with L/D 24 screws available as a standard.
Sandretto will also show a model of the Series Nove HP: this proven range of machines are designed to utilise, in the same machine, materials with different characteristics, thus offering flexibility of use allowing market leading cycle times.
The Nove HP achieves high performances, lower energy consumption, noise pollution reduction with superior precision and control of movements.
The Nove HP offers excellent dimensional characteristics.
The injection unit utilises the most recent development of screw technology.
The control unit assures high performance, efficient use and easy programming.
Whitlam says that 'traditionally our strongest product feature is the control unit: we have always equipped our machines with a high technology control unit, from the earliest days with the microprocessor until the present time with our latest innovations'.
Sandretto UK most recently showed its full capabilities at the Plastics Innovations Exhibition, Coventry in May 07 with a leading emphasis being given to the company's latest innovation - the Power Saver.
