Pre-manufactured Sartorius software modules are additional components for a clear structure - with the goal of simplifying work and designing it to be more reliable.
For example, the applications counting, check-weighing, totalising, filling, manual recipe and automatic batching are available.
To support the installation and start-up of the Combics Pro, high-performance function packages are available, which clear the way for a smooth start and ensure that operation remains free of interference.
Thanks to modular interface technology featuring digital and analogue input and output ports, as well as RS-232C, RS-485, and RS-422 serial interfaces, network connectivity (e.g, via industrial Ethernet), and the possibility of using fieldbus systems (Profibus DP, Interbus, DeviceNet), connection to higher-ranking inventory control systems, such as SAP R/3, is also no problem.
Moreover, the Sartorius Combics Pro features a hygienically designed housing without corners or edges in accordance with EHEDG.
It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, has an IP67 protection rating, and includes an alphanumeric keypad with a scratch-resistant overlay that keeps its shape.
