Temperature controller with electric
actuator
The Samson temperature control designed for application in instantaneous water heating systems helps to achieve hot water at a constant temperature straight out of any tap in a building

For liquid gases, Samson valves are in control
Valve specialists Samson Controls are making an important contribution in helping Air Products achieve the highest levels of control when temperatures are at their lowest
This combination has specially been designed for installation in small to medium-sized buildings connected to a district heating or local heat supply network.
The fast-responding Pt 1000 sensor and the short positioning time required by the actuator ensure that the hot water immediately reaches the right temperature.
Optionally, a flow switch or flow meter can be connected to quickly recognise when water is being tapped.
An additional binary input enables the hot water flow to be interrupted instantly.
Alternatively, it is possible to use this input to change between two internally saved set points.
For example, a higher temperature set point could be used for thermal disinfection.
Control parameters for the temperature control can be conveniently entered over the Samson Trovis-View Operator Interface software.
A memory pen allows data to be transferred quickly to other devices.
In the future, the controller with electric actuator will also be available as a heating control version.
The flow control of the new version will be implemented either as outdoor temperature controlled or with a fixed set point control, used with room sensors.
