Schenck Process, Germany, has bought Screenex Pty of Australia from the Locker Group.
Screenex is a manufacturer and supplier of screening products used in vibratory screening equipment.
Schenck develops, manufactures and markets measuring and process technologies used in industrial weighing, feeding, screening and automation.
Dr Jochen Weyrauch, president and chief executive officer of Schenck, said: 'The combined product offering now enables customers to purchase their capital equipment vibratory screening machines and wear parts from one source.'.
