Process drying specialist Secomak will be displaying the latest innovations in this field at the Drinktec 2005 exhibition.
At Drinktec, the company will be showcasing its new Powerstrip drying unit for cans and bottles.
Blower-driven air knives and a compressed air Mistral drying fixture provide superior drying performance whilst also reducing running costs.
The incorporation of high efficiency Beck micro nozzles ensures that the compressed air is accurately applied.
Additionally, the unit is fitted with an Airminder electronic control device to provide compressed air on demand.
Also previewing at Drinktec will be the Beck Aquarinse unit, designed to rinse underneath the crowns of bottles to remove contamination or overfill.
A new bulk water removal device for can lines will be demonstrating water removal, containment, and the advantage of being able to recycle the removed water.
Secomak will also be displaying its T1000 stainless steel capsealer, an industry standard product that is used by major bottlers around the world.
