Process drying eliminates false defect detection

It is using the combination dryer to ensure bottles are dried thoroughly prior to being labelled, thus reducing the incidence of skewing during label application.
The combination dryer incorporates both compressed air and blower generated air, making it ideal for bottling lines where under crown drying needs to be incorporated with whole bottle drying at high speeds.
Additionally, as most bottling lines run different bottle sizes, the new dryer has been designed to reduce the amount of time it takes to change from one size to another.
Paul Kime, the Berkshire Brewery Project Manager, remarked, "The new system has definitely been a step forward.
