Schroeder Industries has received a patent award for the unique fully automated FS filtration station, a touch screen controlled flushing and filling system with integral particle monitoring

Schroeder Industries, a recognised leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, has received a patent award (U.S.

Patent 6,979,397 B2) for the first-of-its-kind fully automated Filtration Station (FS).

The FS is a fully automated, touch screen controlled flushing and filling system with integral particle monitoring.

It is an ideal solution for a range of applications, including in-plant service, large mobile equipment dealer networks, independent leasers of mobile equipment, OEM manufacturers, lubricant reclamation/recycling, and bulk oil handlers.

With its ability to print ISO cleanliness reports, the Schroeder Filtration Station provides hydraulic component and assembly OEMs a means to automatically achieve desired equipment roll-off cleanliness levels.

The FS will also fill a measured volume of flushing fluid, circulate and filter the fluid, and drain a hydraulic system, component or circuit, all while providing an on-screen analysis of the changing cleanliness levels of the fluid.

The FS removes solid particulates, water, or both, and is engineered to accommodate varying oil flows and viscosities.

All components and connections are designed to minimise dirt entrapment.

The FS requires minimal supervision, allowing operators to perform other tasks simultaneously.

Schroeder Industries designs, manufactures and markets filtration products for the fluid power industry.

Schroeder is a leader in filtration and fluid conditioning.

Their expertise in filtration technology, superior filter and element manufacturing capabilities, and dedication to customer service and product support are the reasons Schroeder is considered "The Filter Company".
