Sandvik will use this year's International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Industries and Products in Tehran, to present project solutions for pastillation, and sulphur in particular
It also has a high mechanical strength at roughly twice the proof strength of austenitic stainless steel, with high resistance to corrosion fatigue, pitting and crevice corrosion.
Used extensively in the offshore oil and gas industry, on heat exchangers and in demanding applications in the process industry, the material provides high resistance to erosion corrosion, offers design advantages as a result of its physical properties and has good weldability.
