With its tungsten-carbide ball-end needle and carbide seat, Model 2600-060 is built for long service life.
Replacing the needle, piston and all the seals in the valve can be accomplished in less than two minutes.
The valve one-piece pre-assembled cartridge is the only part required and the valve does not have to be removed to perform service.
The pneumatically actuated 2600-060 No-Drip Valve is rated for 5,000 PSI.
Its rugged construction also includes an anti-abrasive, hard-coated needle shaft and wear-resistant fluid seals to maximise valve life.
The valve body has three 3/8 NPT inlet fluid ports for easy connection and a 3/8 NPT outlet port for high-flow requirements.
Precision dowel and screw holes allow easy, accurate in-line or surface mounting.
Material is delivered to the No-Drip valve by either a metering assembly or under regulated pressure from supply pumps, also available from Sealant Equipment and Engineering.
