Breezair cools the employee environment
The Breezair Evaporative Cooling System on the factory production line at Kingspan Insulation in Herefordshire has reduced summer temperatures to a comfortable 20 - 22C at floor level
The installation of the Breezair Evaporative Cooling System on a new production line at the Kingspan Insulation factory in Pembridge, Herefordshire has reduced summer temperatures from a sweltering 30C, at the upper levels of the factory, to a more comfortable 20 - 22C at floor level Installed by specialist air movement company, Spectrum Air Systems, the Breezair TBA units have drastically improved working conditions on the line by providing spot cooling for employees

Further Breezair order at Patak Foods
Patak Foods will install further Breezair Evaporative Cooling Systems in their bottling hall, after the success of the previous installation in reducing high temperatures in the frying/packaging areas
Producing foam insulation generates heat during the production process, which can lead to a build up of heat inside the factory during periods of warm weather.
Despite installing air extraction equipment previously, Kingspan Insulation found that conditions after the new line was installed had become uncomfortable for its employees as soon as the outside ambient temperature reached above 25C.
Turning to Spectrum Air Systems who had previously installed other air-cooling into the factory, it was decided that the Breezair system would provide a cost effective solution.

Spectrum Air Systems has roof-mounted the ten TBA Breezair units, which are supported on a simple roof upstand, connected to the roof Z-purlins via a supporting H-frame.
Installed around the factory to provide localised spot cooling to the production line operators, the units have introduced filtered air up to 6C below ambient.
They have provided the operators with a cooler working environment and the benefit of humidified air, which provides a fresh feeling in the otherwise airless environment.
"Spectrum Air Systems recommended the Breezair system, and we have been delighted with the result", says Spencer Murtagh, Operations Director at Kingspan Insulation.
"We have an active Health, Safety and Welfare Committee at the factory and members have commented how effective the Breezair system has been in improving their work environment".
Regarded as the most advanced evaporative cooling technology in the world, the environmentally friendly Breezair system is economic to install, cost effective to run and consumes less energy than conventional air-conditioning systems.
Far more versatile than standard cooling methods, Breezair is capable of providing sufficient cool air to overflow and prevent hot air entering a building.
As fresh air is continually drawn from outside, then filtered and washed, the potential for "sick building" syndrome, caused by constantly circulating air, is avoided.
The Breezair is suitable for both commercial and industrial applications in a spectrum of industries that include agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing, catering and hotels, and public and residential buildings.
Manufactured to the highest standards, the Breezair is backed by 30 years of Seeley International experience in climate control and the company's commitment to excellence in customer service.
