Sensonics success from Miconex in China
As part of their on-going campaign in Asia, Sensonics recently exhibited at Miconex 2007 in Shanghai, which has produced significant power industry product interest
The Chinese market proved to be lucrative for the Berkhamsted based condition monitoring specialists, exhibiting under the banner of their Chinese business partner, Star Royal Industry and Engineering Co based in Shanghai Orders were successfully secured at the show for the robust PZ Velocity Transducers said by Sensonics to be especially suited to the power generation industry, where many of the enquiries originated

Interest was also notably high with regard to the Sensonics range of DN monitoring products and in particular their DN2601 dual channel, vibration (or vibration and temperature) alarm monitors.
In addition, visitor interest covered a wide selection of other Sensonics equipment including the Sentry Machine Protection System, Senturion Proximity Probes and the recently introduced DN36 remote vibration trending unit.
Enquiries and follow-up meetings were secured from many Chinese companies; represented amongst these were steel producers, turbine manufacturers and air separation companies.
Sensonics Managing Director, Russell King, who spent two weeks visiting and talking to Asian customers and prospects whilst also exhibiting the company at other major events throughout the region said "The Sensonics brand is becoming more recognised throughout South East Asia through these events and our participation demonstrates our commitment to the region and in-country partners.
