The H20 Pro Water Treatment System from Seiler Process Engineering is designed to conserve water that is used to cool or clean aspects of the manufacturing or maintenance process Water that has become dirty during the manufacturing or maintenance process may not be disposable in the sewage system: or if it is, it is a costly one time use of water

Environmental and cost issues are important but in addition, the lack of water supply could bring production to a stand still.

The H20 Pro takes waste water and filters it to such a degree that almost 99% of the water can be recycled to be used again.

The extracted waste will consequently be much smaller in volume terms and can be disposed of to landfill or another appropriate method.

The H20 Pro closed loop filtering process can also permit the recovery of valuable waste materials.

For example, cutting silicon chips requires water for cooling which also carries away the silica dust.

The H20 can recover the silica, which can then be recycled thus representing a considerable cost saving.

The Seiler H20 Pro Water Treatment System can cut water bills, protect against water shortages and where appropriate, be used to recycle valuable waste materials.

Seiler Process Engineering also manufactures waste rotary kilns, gas cleaning systems, denoxing SCR, dioxine separation, solvent adsorption and wet electrostatic precipitators.
