SGS helps set up storage-tank inspection
The SGS Competence Center for Storage Tanks helps clients to set up inspection procedures for accident prevention of storage tanks.
Elements of the prevention strategy can include diverse tank-shell and tank-bottom inspections, as well as leak testing services using a quantitative tank-leak-detection system.
SGS experts investigate the causes of accidents as an independent third party, as well as setting up prevention strategies.
They are available for interview or to support research with background information on tank integrity, failure investigation and disaster-prevention methods.
