With advanced manufacturing equipment like screen process press, measuring device of film thickness, sintering furnace, laser descaling machine, automatic wafer sticking machine, we can design and manufacture thick film resistor base plate, which is featured as small resistance of conductor series, 0.2mm inter space between lines, resistance temperature coefficient below 50ppm, the accuracy of resistance reaching millesimal.

Adopting the surface sticking and mounting technology, we can reintegralise various micro components; with packing technique of bare chips, we can produce multicore circuits strictly according to the slurry technological condition of the US Du Pont and ESL Corporations.

We also manufacture various thick-film circuits compatible with products imported from other countries.

In the institute, there are more than 120 staffs, including 31 technicians, 22 senior engineers, 16 engineers and 5 professors.
