The 500-TT provides a scaleable display of an analogue signal in engineering units.

User configurable scaling to ranges within - 9999 to +19999, input signal selection (most standard process milliamp and voltage signals are accepted) and universal mains power enable spares/stock holding to be kept to a minimum.

Three alarm channels are provided as standard each with a voltage free contact output that change state when the input signal passes an adjustable reference set-point.

Simple to use yet powerful menu-driven software enables fast flexible set-up from the front panel keypad.

The wide range of programmable functions available include input source, input scaling, alarm trip points, delay function, hysteresis, alarm type, alarm relay action and interlocked alarm action.

The high brightness 4.5 digit LED digital readout may be programmed to display the monitored process signal either as the voltage or mA value or in engineering units.

Continuous indication of the status of each alarm channel is provided by tri-colour LEDs.

These states are; non alarmed state, input signal is within the hysteresis or delay band and approaching trip point, in alarm state, input signal has passed trip point and is within the hysteresis or delay band and programming mode.

With the BCD output option, 4.5 digits of display data plus over range and polarity flags are output in five decades of parallel BCD data.

Polarity of the BCD outputs is configurable from the front panel keypad to be either active high or active low.

Outputs are TTL compatible.

The instrument is housed in a 96x48mm one-eighth DIN enclosure and can be supplied with front panel protection up to IP65 as an option.

Universal mains power is provided as standard with the instrument able to operate from a supply in the range 85-265 VAC.

Optional 12VDC and 24VDC powered versions are also available.
