Double Density SixTrak I/O Module needs less space

New "Double Density" SixTrak I/O Module reduces panel space requirements and cost; the SixTrak 32 Channel Discreet Input Module (Model ST-DI-024-32D) is the latest edition to the Sixnet family of "process quality" I/O, which includes EtherTrak direct Ethernet I/O and RemoteTrak remote RS485 I/O.

The ST-DI-024-32D is designed to reduce panel space requirements and costs for I/O installations.

The "double density" ST-DI-024-32D module is perfect local I/O expansion for Sixnet controllers, Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), or I/O Gateways.

Up to 20 SixTrak I/O modules can be connected to the Sixnet Linux-based IPm controllers and RTUs, SixTrak I/O Controller or EtherTrak Redundant Ethernet I/O Gateway.

The SixTrak ST-DI-024-32D has 32 discrete inputs, can be DIN rail or direct panel mounted, and has "hot swap" capability for quick and easy installation.

All module inputs return to common ground and isolation protects the system from wiring faults.

Sixnet I/O is engineered to withstand the abuse of harsh industrial environments.

SixTrak ST-DI-024-32D is vibration (IEC68-2-6) resistant, operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to +70C, and is CE, UL, CSA, and Class 1, Division 2 (Zone 2) rated.

The module also has Det Norske Veritas (DNV) No 2.4 (Class A and B) certification for marine and offshore use.

SixTrak ST-DI-024-32D is encased in rugged Lexan for extra durability.
