SKF has introduced the TMMA 8E hydraulic EasyPull, equipped with a hydraulic pump, to facilitate the safe and effortless dismounting of bearings, pulleys and flywheels that require a force up to 80 kN The hydraulic EasyPull combines the user friendliness and safety of the mechanical TMMA 8 EasyPull with effortless force generation

Unlike the mechanical EasyPull, the three-armed hydraulic version does not require a separate pump for force generation.

It is equipped as standard with the new SKF advanced hydraulic spindle which has a built-in hydraulic pump.

Among the advantages of the new hydraulic EasyPull is the ability to place the puller behind the component to be dismounted in one hand movement.

Additionally, the arms are self-locking, preventing the puller from slipping when under load.

The special flat design of the arms claws allows them to fit behind components in tight spaces and the modular structure of the claws makes them easy to replace without replacing the whole puller arm.

The puller is protected from overload by a safety valve built into the hydraulic spindle.

The hydraulic EasyPull is also part of a total dismounting solution which combines it with a strong tri-section pulling plate, the TMMS 160, and a puller protection blanket, the TMMX 350, to form the TMMA 8E/SET.

The pulling plate facilitates easy and damage-free dismounting, particularly of CARB and spherical roller bearings; and the transparent protection blanket increases the user's safety while dismounting.

The whole set is supplied in a durable metal case with special storage facilities for all parts, minimising the risk of loosing any of the components. Request a free brochure from SKF UK ...
