New satellite extends global coverage
for SkyWave
SkyWave Mobile Communications is now using the PAC-C satellite to strengthen global coverage for remote asset monitoring/control and messaging applications via their D+ Network
SkyWave Mobile Communications, the leading global provider of D+ satellite communications, announces it has received approval to operate on the Inmarsat Pacific Central (PAC-C) satellite, positioned at 142 degrees West longitude SkyWave is the first D+ provider to be granted authorised use of this satellite, which is already carrying SkyWave D+ network traffic (see the SkyWave D+ network coverage map)
