SeNd Technology supplies communications products and advice aimed at reducing the customer need for unnecessary visits to unmanned sites, which would waste time and money.

SeNd expertise in the automation and control market allow them to offer solutions that interface communications products with PLCs, Drives, Process Control equipment and simple Motor Control Gear Existing applications include remote pumping and irrigation sites, water treatment, process machines, coin-op vending machines, entry systems, etc

The GSM Control DIN rail device combines the ability to send up to four text messages from a remote machine or process using a simple volt-free input.

The device will also respond by switching either or both of the 6A relay outputs as a result of just ringing the unit, or sending an SMS text string.

The GSM Control provides a free "ringback" to the user to acknowledge the action has been performed - ideal for remote sites.

Two versions are available: one with a built in antenna and one with external antenna.

All devices are dual band allowing low cost pay-as-you-go SIMs to be used from all the major networks, both in the UK and internationally.
