Motorcycling for Meningitis by a system

Mark Brackley, a sales director at systems integrator, Jade Communications, has undertaken and completed an 1800-mile motorcycle ride to raise funds for the Meningitis Trust Brackley, from Northwich in Cheshire, raised GBP6,000 for the charity with the help of generous pledges, including a GBP1,500 sponsorship from Schneider Electric Transparent Building Integrated Systems

Brackley rode his Ducati Multistrada 1000cc V-twin machine from Lands End to John O'Groats and back, over a four-day period.
Staying the three nights of the journey in Truro, Carlisle and John O'Groats, he endured relentless rain and strong winds along the way.
"Despite feeling exhausted, it's very satisfying to have completed this challenge for such a worthy cause," stated Brackley.
"Thanks to the support I've had from so many people and companies, I've been able to raise a generous amount for the charity".
Jade Communications is a client of Schneider Electric that provides systems deployment services and network solutions.

The Meningitis Trust fights meningitis through the provision of support, education, awareness and research.
Spokesperson for the Trust, Emi Spinner said, "Mark endured terrible weather conditions to complete the challenge and it is a fantastic achievement.
The money he has raised will help fund vital research and will help provide support for life to people whose lives have been affected by meningitis.".
