The training programme is based at the Schneider Electric headquarters in Telford and provides an excellent foundation for the graduates on-going career.
It combines technical training across the Schneider Electric portfolio of products, services and solutions with project work, competency and skills development.
Stewart Gregory, Director of Schneider Electric Building Systems and Solutions is programme sponsor.
Graduates will report to Anna Pierce, HR Advisor and programme co-ordinator before moving into their allocated roles across the UK in June 2007.
Anna Pierce explains that "Due to outstanding retention and consequent return on investment from last year's programme, it has been decided to expand this exceptional opportunity to even more of the UK's most talented graduates.
We see this programme as an investment in our company future and are providing comprehensive training matched by very few businesses.
Schneider Electric has the largest sales force in the industry and this is another means of maximising our competitiveness by recruiting new talent".
