The Schneider Electric MP4 reviews are carefully structured to accurately assess the performance and suitability of electrical installations from three key points of view: financial, operational, and human resources.
Tailored to suit the precise needs of each individual client, the reviews look, for example, at reducing and optimising costs for operations and maintenance, maximising the service life of capital assets, and at ensuring the safety of electrical maintenance teams while making best use of their skills.
Every MP4 assessment is carried out in four stages.
The first is the analysis of the client's electrical energy needs, including calculating the true cost of power outages.
The second stage is an evaluation of the stress under which the electrical installation is operating, and the third is a detailed performance analysis of the electrical installation in its existing form.
On the basis of information obtained in these three steps, Schneider Electric experts use a detailed and structured methodology to complete the fourth step - the preparation of four plans which focus on the four aspects that need to be addressed in order to deliver lasting enhancements to the performance of the installation.
The plans cover maintenance, monitoring, modernisation and management.
The MP4 service from Schneider Electric Services and Projects also includes the presentation of the findings and plans to all stakeholders.
