SP Technology is pleased to announce the recent shipment of a fully automatic pharmaceutical standard inhaler assembly machine to one of their American clients

The machine was designed to fully assemble and test a multiple part inhaler at a rate of up to 80 parts/minute and then finally package them into boxes Inhalers are not new to SP Technology engineers, who have provided solutions to this market place for over 20 years with machines being shipped worldwide

All of the machines have been built to clean-room standards and tailored to suit each client's needs.

The company's diverse and lateral thinking have enabled it to provide inline solutions with moulding machines, to reduce floor space requirements and to keep machine footprints to a minimum.

Roy Henderson, Director of SP Technology commented that, "The tailoring of these machines to suit the client needs is our business, giving them a big advantage of having a machine that fully fits in with their manufacturing requirements, rather than fitting their production around a machine".

Along with medical device assembly and test, SP Technology produce bespoke production and process automation for all industries from pharmaceutical through to food and packaging.
