The SL150 is a unique portable temperature data logging tag, approved as hygienic, in a food grade polystyrene construction, for temperature measurements during transport, storage and distribution

The SL150 is a unique portable temperature data logging tag, constructed from food grade polystyrene.

It is designed to be placed with temperature-sensitive products such as food and pharmaceuticals to record and log the temperature during transport, storage and distribution.

The SL150, which has a measuring range from -30C to +100C, is only 10mm thick and powered by a long-life internal battery.

It provides a secure time and date temperature profile and uses a patented wireless induction technique for set up and data download.

This ensures there are no plugs, sockets or crevices of any kind that could harbour bacteria.

Free user-friendly Windows software provides a simple set up procedure and the units can be programmed with manifest details including vehicle number, driver, destination, ship name, consignment number and container number.

A convenient through hole allows tags to be security-sealed to the consignment.

In addition to the standard software package, the SL150 is also available with a special high security Tempit version.

When used with appropriate operating procedures, this system provides records, audit trails and supports electronic signatures in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
